The Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our French-speaking accounts,



you will be the strategic partner solar and storage developers trust to help them accelerate their pipeline. Your mission goes far beyond reactive customer support: you will enable users to drive real commercial outcomes and scale their clean energy assets using our platform.

We believe retention and expansion happen naturally when customers see undeniable product value; your job is to help them realize and measure that impact every day. In this role, building genuine, consultative relationships goes hand-in-hand with driving net revenue retention and account expansion across France and French speaking markets.
What You'll Do
- Own the Outcome-Driven Journey: Lead the end-to-end customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal for our portfolio of developers and IPPs across France
- Drive Commercial Growth: Identify, navigate, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing Glint Solar to new regio
