Задачи

- Understand client hiring needs, including profiles such as web developers, SAP consultants, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Identify and implement suitable sourcing methods and channels for each profile
- Write attractive assignment descriptions and publish them on company tools
- Develop a digital communications strategy on social media
- Conduct qualification interviews by phone or video and negotiate consultant rates
- Write interview reports
- Build the consultant talent pool

Требования

- At least a two-year degree
- Strong commercial aptitude and motivation to meet challenges and targets




- Confirmed experience in recruitment through headhunting and direct approach
- Agility, flexibility, and interest in sales and IT roles
- Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and ask questions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building rapport
- Team spirit and ability to adapt to collaborative working methods
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
