Job DescriptionAs a Project Quality Engineer – Customer Liaison, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams for quality-related matters.

You will lead investigations of customer complaints, drive effective corrective and preventive actions, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of quality issues.

This role supports the Electronics Campus in Valls and works closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and supplier teams.Act as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.Support customer visits, audits,



and technical discussions related to quality concerns.Monitor the progress of corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of quality issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Lead task forces and escalation activities for critical customer issues and high-impact quality incidents.Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in the Electronics and/or Automotive industry.Experience using quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including 8D.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
