Eurofins seeks a technical writer to develop packaging procedures, work instructions, and training materials for new pharmaceutical packaging lines in Madrid. The role involves documenting process workflows, risk analyses, and coordinating cross-functional reviews in a GMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials for new packaging lines
- Create documentation for modified packaging operations due to new management software implementation
- Convert existing procedures into operational guides
- Prepare process failure mode analysis (PFMEA) and production flow diagrams (PFD) documentation
- Coordinate content review and acceptance with relevant departments and track project milestones





Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in GMP/GLP environment
- Minimum 2 years in similar technical writing role in pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 3 years technical writing experience in GMP or industrial settings
- High proficiency in English
- Experience with EWM, PharmaSuite, SAP or similar management systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with team collaboration ability
