Experteer Overview As a pavement-focused engineer in AECOM’s Linear Infrastructure group, you help design, assess, and maintain pavements for highways, airfields, and civil sites. You work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design inputs, investigations, and life-cycle evaluations across multiple regions. This role combines hands-on analysis with client-facing collaboration to shape durable, cost-effective infrastructure projects. You’ll develop technical expertise while contributing to high-profile programs that impact communities globally. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Support delivery of design inputs for flexible, rigid, and composite pavements across highways, airfields, and civil sites (analyses, reports, drawings, BoQs, specifications) • Assist pavement investigations and condition assessments (data interpretation, surveys, materials testing review) • Participate in rehabilitation and maintenance option evaluations and life cycle cost analysis • Prepare and check CAD deliverables and design models with CAD/digital teams,



ensuring standards compliance • Contribute to tender documentation, method statements, and responses to technical queries during construction • Collaborate with geotechnical, highways, drainage, structures, traffic, and construction teams to integrate solutions • Uphold project QA/QC, health u0026 safety, and risk management practices • Engage with clients in meetings/workshops, presenting analyses and recommendations • Support task programming and progress reporting; contribute to small work packages under guidance • Assist data management (survey data, GIS layers, lab results) and develop templated workflows Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with focus/interest in pavements, highways, or geotechnical engineering • 2-5 years' experience in pavement design, investigation, or rehab planning • Working knowledge of standards in at least one geography (Austroads, UK DMRB/MCHW, AASHTO/ME, or FAA) • Familiarity
