Experteer Overview In this role, you design and drive client transformation plans and programs, delivering operational improvements and KPI implementations. You work closely with clients and a team of consultants to execute projects, lead workstreams, and coach others. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design and implement client transformation plans • Drive and manage wide transformation programs (operational improvements, KPI implementation, process improvement)



• Coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks • Prepare and lead implementation projects and coaching for clients • Lead project workstreams largely independently with PMO support • Gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects • Lead junior consultants and clients in projects/workstreams; conduct client meetings and workshops • Contribute to the firm’s development through internal projects Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree; strong academic record • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a PMO within transformation projects • Functional experience with AI-related solutions (analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable • Driven by delivering lasting impact; people-focused and result-oriented • Flexibility to travel • Excellent fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Requisitos principales • competitive salary • comprehensive benefits package • world-class benefits • strong learning/apprenticeship culture • mentorship and career development • general community across 65+ countries
