Experteer Overview In this role you will lead clinical programs by linking science with operations to execute studies at high quality and with efficiency. You will act as a strategic advocate for pipeline assets and shape operational plans that connect science, business, patients, and customers. You’ll mentor a development-oriented team and drive risk management, budgets, and regulatory compliance across integral studies. patients and customers • Identify and evaluate program-level risks and mitigations • Interact with and influence senior management and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives • Review and provide clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents • Manage external budgets across portfolios (up to multi-million dollars) • Mentor and develop study managers; lead talent development in Development Operations • Create an inclusive, innovative learning environment for staff and programs • Ensure program execution in compliance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and AbbVie policies • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive activities even with incomplete information Responsabilidades • 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research experience • 8+ years in clinical research demonstrating leadership and strategic impact • Proven ability to lead a global team on multiple complex studies • COaching/mentoring and people management experience (re
