Задачи:

- Design and optimize user journeys throughout every stage of the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable eCommerce experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of the international Design System.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.

Требования:

- 8–10+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a focus on eCommerce,



marketplaces or digital environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, responsive design and mobile-first design.
- Experience with Design Systems, analytics, CRO and A/B testing tools.
- C1 level of English, a proactive mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Portfolio featuring real products with a measurable impact on business metrics (conversion, engagement, revenue).
