In this role you join McKinsey’s Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program, focusing on solving client problems with advanced operations expertise. You’ll work on multiple client engagements, learning through on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building curriculum. You will influence outcomes by identifying issues, testing hypotheses, and delivering data‑driven recommendations. The opportunity combines rigorous problem solving with mentorship, global collaboration, and a path to senior expertise in operational excellence.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree and exceptional academics
• Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (global sourcing strategies, cross-functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
• Willingness to relocate for European assignments
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language
