Role purpose
To develop and implement a Marketing Intelligence & Growth capability across Zeus Packaging’s European markets, turning customer, product, market and campaign data into actionable commercial insights, targeted Marketing initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
The role will connect Marketing, Sales and Country Managers, helping identify growth opportunities, improve lead quality and prioritisation, and understand how Marketing activity contributes to qualified leads, sales opportunities and pipeline development.
AI tools will support this work, but the role requires a professional who can interpret the information, challenge the outputs, identify relevant insights and translate them into decisions and actions. The objective is to complement Zeus AI capabilities, not duplicate them.
Key responsibilities
Marketing and commercial intelligence




- Analyse customer, prospect, product, market and campaign data across European markets.
- Identify growth opportunities by market, customer segment, industry, product category and buying behaviour.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and potential customer segments.
- Identify gaps in market coverage and opportunities to develop existing or new markets.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and prioritised actions for Marketing and Sales.

Lead intelligence and pipeline development
- Develop and refine target customer profiles and segmentation criteria.
- Build and maintain prioritised target
