We are currently recruiting a Construction Planning Intern to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Update project schedules in MS Project on a weekly basis, incorporating progress reported by contractors and Project Managers.
Review Excel reports to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the correct functioning of Power BI dashboards and follow up on any reported issues.
Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and key activities.
Assist with project progress tracking and reporting to support the Construction Management team.
Education and Certifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering.
Experience and Technical Skills MS Project: Essential.



Ability to create and update project schedules, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
Excel: Essential. Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Power BI: Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.
Microsoft Teams: Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools is an advantage.
AI Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring weekly deadlines.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently as familiarity with processes develops.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and IT teams.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
