EF- English Live Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office.
As a Junior Customer Success Agent - DACH marketyou will be responsible for providing customer support and guidance in our online English courses.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Organize and host engaging onboarding webinars to introduce new students to EF English Live’s platform, features, and learning resources.
