We are looking for a Project Manager with experience managing and coordinating ICT projects, who is autonomous, analytical and used to working with multidisciplinary teams. The selected candidate will act as a point of contact for the client, as well as internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring objectives are met, the project is properly executed and contracts are followed up.
Задачи:
- Plan and govern the complete project life cycle, defining scope, schedule, costs, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
- Manage demand and coordinate the execution of initiatives within the assigned area.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration among all parties involved.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client,



users, internal teams and suppliers.
- Define, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports and presentations for review committees.
- Manage risks, incidents and potential deviations, driving mitigation and escalation plans when necessary.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and facilitate change management processes.
- Oversee service quality and ensure the satisfaction of clients and end users.
- Follow up on supplier contracts and service agreements.

Требования:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience managing and coordinating ICT projects and/or managing technology services.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders: clients, users, technical teams and suppliers.
- Ability to lead, coordinate and organize multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in risk management, planning, reporting and monitor
