DEHN SE seeks an experienced HR professional for the European business area, based in the Madrid region. You will support multiple companies across Europe and Africa, acting as a key liaison between BU and global HR, balancing local needs with corporate standards.
Responsibilities include day-to-day HR support, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, compensation, labor law compliance, performance management, and rollout of integral HR initiatives within the BU. Fluent in English required.
