Задачи
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions
- Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment
- Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers
- Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent




- Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients
- Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Building long-term relationships with potential candidates

Требования
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- +2 years of experience in recruiting
- Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills
