To support our development, we are looking for a curious Junior Talent Acquisition professional who is ready to take on new challenges. Above all, we are looking for a positive person with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to learn. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting the group’s future talent.
Задачи:
- Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial conversations with candidates to understand their background, motivations, and ambitions
- Develop and maintain a talent pool to meet our current and future needs
- Collaborate with teams to provide them with the best possible support

Требования:




- You are comfortable communicating by phone and video and enjoy human contact
- You are organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
- You want to learn a dynamic profession with real opportunities for advancement
- You enjoy teamwork and stimulating environments
- Native French is mandatory
- Professional Spanish and/or English is mandatory
