About the Role
Our client is seeking an energetic and organized Graduate HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team in Queenstown . This entry-level position is an excellent stepping stone for individuals looking to build a career in HR, gaining exposure to all facets of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with the HR Manager and team, supporting initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions,



such as training programs and performance reviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic HR principles and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
