BUZZ is a European startup building a network of powerbank-sharing stations and expanding across European markets.
Задачи:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across European markets, primarily for Sales and Business Development roles
- Build and improve onboarding, employee documentation, and core HR processes
- Support day-to-day People Operations as the company’s first dedicated HR specialist

Требования:
- 4+ Years of experience in recruitment and HR
- Hands‑on recruitment experience across European markets
- Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams
- Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team
- Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations
- English at B2+ level
- Будет плюсом: experience in Retail, FMCG, distribution, HoReCa, mobility, or businesses developing offline partner networks

Barcelona, Spain is preferred; other European locations may be considered
