Job Title Accounts Payable Specialist- Spain and Portugal Education Bachelor's Degree Location Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Finance Job Type Permanent This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable activities for Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

- Responsibility for Accounts Payable processes for Spain and Portugal.
- Support Accounts Receivable activities for PSA BDP.
- Checking incoming invoices, cooperation with PSA BDP Operations.
- Communication with vendors, PSA BDP entities and staff, etc.
- Booking of settlements and payments.
- Manage AP tasks independently and follow up issues to closure .
- Other tasks to support Finance functions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Key Performance Indicators as determined globally and locally. Job Requirements - Education in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good English communication skills: both oral and written (minimum B2 level)
