Your impact

- Assess current ways of working, organisational maturity, constraints and opportunities for improvement across teams, programmes and operational environments.
- Design and evolve Agile operating models, governance structures, roles and cross-team coordination mechanisms.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, discovery sessions and alignment forums with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, delivery teams and business stakeholders to strengthen ownership, collaboration and value delivery.
- Support portfolio, demand, capacity, dependency and risk management in complex delivery environments.
- Define and monitor Agile and operational KPIs, translating insights into prioritised improvement actions.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks, organisational impediments and root causes, helping teams move from diagnosis to execution.
- Contribute to change,



automation and Generative AI initiatives where they improve productivity, collaboration or operational decision-making.

What are we looking for?

- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, Agile transformation, operational transformation, delivery management or related environments.
- Demonstrable experience leading Agile transformation initiatives beyond the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile approaches and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience evolving governance, delivery models, team structures or coordination mechanisms.
- Confidence working with delivery metrics, KPIs, capacity, dependencies, risks and performance indicators.
- Previous exposure to Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Operations, Service Operations or process transformation.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to make complex situations actionable.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, to work effectively with international and multicultural teams.

We will also value...

- Experience in Business Analysis, BPM, AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of PMO, portfolio management, demand management or project coordination.




- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, FigJam or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Change Management, low-code automation, Process Mining or Generative AI use cases.
- Certifications in Scrum, SAFe, Agile Coaching, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar.
- Experience in European institutions, multinational organisations or other complex international environments.
