AI Governance Manager - Initial contract until end of year + extension potential - 100% Remote from Spain

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an AI Governance Manager to join a project with excellent opportunities for extension.

This role offers a versátil working model:

100% Remote: Priority for candidates based in Spain, with openness to nearshore resources willing/able to work Spanish working hours.

Responsibilities :

- Define, establish, and maintain the AI Governance Office charter and scope, including its mandate, services, boundaries, and interfaces with delivery and specialized control functions.
- Define and maintain the governance RACI matrix, decision authorities, forums, oversight cadence, and specific workflows for predictive AI, generative or multimodal AI, RAG, embedded AI, agents,



multi-agent systems, GPAI, foundational models, and frontier capabilities.
- Establish the common AI lifecycle and governance gates, from initial request and procurement to preliminary risk classification, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, material changes, suspension, and retirement.
- Define the structure of governance forums and their terms of reference, including purpose, members, decision mandates, quorum, meeting frequency, escalation mechanisms, and required inputs and outputs.
