As part of its continued investment in data and technology, we are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join its IT/Data environment and help transform business requirements and data into meaningful insights for management and key stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Understand business operations and define meaningful analytical solutions and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to identify the datasets required from the Data Warehouse.
- Access, analyse and combine information from different sources.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Manage Power BI users and roles.
- Work with management to prioritise business and information needs.
- Contribute to improving data reliability and quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce and maintain process and technical documentation.

What we are looking for

- Previous professional experience as a Business Data Analyst.




- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI .
- Experience building analytics solutions, reports and dashboards.
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse and data management concepts , including data modelling, star schemas and normalisation.
- Knowledge of databases and programming.
- Knowledge of data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Fluent English , as this will be the working language.

Nice to have

- Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 and/or DP-500 .
- Power Apps / Power Automate knowledge.
- French language skills.
