In this role you will manage material and service procurement to support EFI’s manufacturing goals, focusing on cost-effective purchasing and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Engineering and suppliers to source components, coordinate production schedule changes, and handle engineering changes for purchased parts. The position emphasizes cross-functional alignment and supplier relationship management to drive scalable, reliable sourcing.

This is a hands-on procurement role that fuels growth in EFI’s print business.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Obtain quotes from vendors (verbal and written)
- Prepare purchase orders using SAP for goods and services
- Research and source engineering-defined components globally
- Coordinate production schedule changes with suppliers and negotiate price adjustments for volume swings




- Collaborate with Engineering and other groups on prototype procurement
- Process engineering changes for purchased components
- Maintain professional supplier relationships

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Engineering or Science in Business Administration or equivalent with 3–5 years purchasing experience, or 5–8 years purchasing experience without BS degree
- Knowledge of purchasing policies, terms, taxation, and payments xugodme
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel u0026 PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, sheet metal, machining and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Experience in manufacturing or operations/engineering in a similar industry
- Understanding of inventory management process
