In this role you will define and deliver the global Learning u0026amp; Development plan, manage end-to-end learning programmes, and drive adoption across 12 countries. You will oversee LMS governance, vendor performance, and analytics to improve effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Corporate, Industry, Technology, and AI academies and monitor KPI-based impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and deliver the annual global Learning u0026 Development plan based on skills gap analyses
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global learning programmes and initiatives
- Oversee content vendor performance, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery priorities
- Lead LMS governance, content management, data integrity, and learner experience across countries
- Coordinate the deployment and adoption of learning programmes across 12 countries through local Lu0026D teams
- Establish and support Corporate,



Industry, Technology, and AI Academies
- Monitor compliance training completion, programme effectiveness, and key Lu0026D KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of learning processes, technologies, and learning architecture

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record in Learning u0026 Development programme management and LMS administration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA preferred
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
- Strong competencies in project management and HR analytics, xugodme with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued
- Experience managing external vendors, global learning programmes, and multiple stakeholders across countries
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools
