In this role you join McKinsey’s Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program, focusing on solving client problems with advanced operations expertise. You’ll work on multiple client engagements, learning through on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building curriculum. You will influence outcomes by identifying issues, testing hypotheses, and delivering data‑driven recommendations.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language
