We have supported more than 4,000 people and work with over 400 partner companies, including major players in banking, insurance, the public sector and defense. We train technical professionals for in-demand Data and AI roles through tailored programs based on real-world projects. Our mission is to help developers and data professionals become job-ready amid the changes brought by AI. As B2C Sales Manager, you own the entire pipeline of warm deals.
Задачи:
- Hold sales meetings with tech and data professionals: understand their plans, recommend the right training program, and present our two packages (Standard and Premium).
- Highlight the tailored program built from the skills assessment.
- Handle objections and remove barriers: need for support, preference for in-person training, doubts about skill level, or choosing between several programs.
- Book the financing meeting as soon as the prospect is ready to move forward.




- Follow up on every deal after the meeting: written recap, follow-ups, closing sequence.
- Take over prospects whose financing has been refused.
- Ensure the prospect is a good fit before making a sale: do not sell to profiles outside our target audience.
- Identify opportunities coming through the B2C pipeline and pass them to the B2B team.
- Structure the lead qualification process.
- Manage and coach SDRs: listen to calls, give feedback on qualification, and develop their skills.
- Ensure that only qualified leads reach sales meetings.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding future SDRs.
- Keep Pipedrive up to date and ensure the reliability of sales data.
- Produce weekly reporting: pipeline status, conversion rate, sales cycle, reasons for lost deals.
- Analyze the funnel end to end (no-shows, losses, delays), identify friction points, and propose corrective actions.
