Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleWe are hiring a Loan Officer to join our team in Porto (hybrid work) .Main responsibilities:Perform Ownership Verification and Record Keeping activities, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of loan and fund records.Conduct document, position, and holdings reconciliations , investigating and resolving discrepancies or data breaks.Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and certification records in line with internal controls and compliance standards.Liaise with clients, Asset Managers, Loan Agents, Fund Accountants, and other stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives,



and team knowledge-sharing activities.Your ProfileAcademic background in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field .At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, loan administration, reconciliation, record keeping, or a similar operational banking environment.Solid understanding of reconciliation processes, data validation, and operational controls within financial services.Strong Excel skills , with the ability to analyse, reconcile, and interpret large data sets accurately.Previous exposure to a Banking, Asset Management, Fund Services, or Financial Services environment .Fluency in English , both written and spoken.Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across multiple teams and external parties
