In this role you will support travel professionals globally by handling inquiries via phone, chat, and portals, and by proposing solutions with timely follow-up. You will develop strong product knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous learning in a multilingual environment and help ensure seamless travel experiences.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles
- Background in the travel industry and familiarity with GDS
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance xugodme multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment
- Fluency in English (required) and one additional language – Italian or French (mandatory)
