Your Task

Within the initiative of a major public company, an engineer with a strong technical base and a mentality aimed at innovation is needed. The role focuses on designing and implementing solutions using AI tools, with emphasis on performance, scalability and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Integrate AI into existing business ecosystems, connecting with APIs, internal and external services
- Development and termination of services using automatic code generation tools
- Coordinate and be part of technical teams and accompany and participate in the implementation
- Keep up to date with the latest advances in applied AI
- Participate in the continuous improvement of AI tools
- Interlocution with different stakeholders, both internal and external (end customer, partners, etc.)

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced AI-focused Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation in software development, generative AI solutions, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivering software projects, proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, and a collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities.

Must Have Skills

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software development
- Experience in participating in the delivery of software development projects
- Experience in Generative AI solutions
- Higher Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in project management methodologies (classic, agile, and hybrid)
- Java and/or .NET framework domain
- Strong development knowledge in Java, .Net, Angular, React,



Vue or others
- Knowledge in AI (vector databases, LLMs, etc.)
- Good knowledge or certifications in Prompting Engineer
- Experience in participating in the execution of technological projects
- Knowledge in SDLC with DevOps, Github, Platform Engineering, observability, building blocks tooling, SBOM compliance tools, etc.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary and complex teams
- Experience in cloud environments
- Technological curiosity with a "maker" mentality
- Interest in new tools, architectures and different approaches
- Collaborative attitude, always willing to take on tasks and lead when necessary
- Ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions

Nice to Have Skills

- Knowledge of Python
