In this role, you will help drive the evolution of Swiss Re’s Digital Workplace, focusing on intelligent M365 and AI-powered experiences for a general workforce. You will co-lead adoption, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities, balancing value delivery with security and compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate risk policies into technical controls and enable data-informed decisions using Power Platform and related tools.

- Identify, evaluate, and deploy new Microsoft 365 and AI-augmented workplace solutions aligned with business needs
- Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, automation, scripting, and Azure workloads, with emphasis on security and governance




- Leverage data platforms (MS Power Platform, Palantir Foundry) to drive data-informed decisions and visualizations
- Provide third-level support, coordinating with vendors (e.g., Microsoft) and internal teams
- Continuously upskill, improve controls, and share knowledge to foster learning and innovation across teams

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience managing and developing M365 digital workplace platforms and services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform)
- Experience with security, governance, and compliance xugodme controls for M365 workplaces
- Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Power Automate, AI Agents; familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps is a plus
- Hands-on delivery experience in complex, fast-paced environments
- Ability to work in a hybrid office setting and collaborate with global teams
