Experteer Overview As a Senior Associate Digital Business Representative at Autodesk, you will independently manage transactional digital sales opportunities and drive KSO attainment. You will own inbound and signal-based outbound motions to close low-to-moderate complexity transactions, delivering a seamless digital buying experience. You’ll leverage CRM insights and structured sales discipline to prioritize high-value opportunities and meet quarterly ACV targets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer pathways and campaigns. This role offers hybrid work in Barcelona and a clear path to impact through disciplined digital selling. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Generate and manage pipeline via inbound calls, sales chat, MQLs and signal-based outbound campaigns • Independently close transactional digital opportunities within defined ACV targets • Meet quarterly ACV, revenue, and pipeline goals; identify upsell opportunities • Conduct structured discovery, handle objections, and engage across phone, email,



and chat • Use CRM dashboards and digital signals to prioritize opportunities • Monitor inbound/outbound-to-close conversion and ensure SLA adherence (u003e90% response) • Follow internal digital sales processes and flag operational gaps • Collaborate with Territory, Emerging, Renewals, and Enterprise teams for handoffs • Coordinate with Digital E Commerce and Marketing to improve customer pathways and provide feedback on campaigns • Maintain accurate CRM documentation for closed-loop reporting Responsabilidades • 2+ years of inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales experience • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Experience owning full sales cycle for transactional opportunities and managing inbound/outbound digital motions • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HVS, Clari, Gong, Outreach) • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience selling via phone, ch
