The role

As Online Sales Consultant, you own the full B2C sales cycle with German-speaking learners, from the first video consultation to the signed contract, and you see the direct impact of your results.

What you’ll do

- Run and close online consultations to hit monthly targets
- Convert leads, no-shows and past contacts into enrolments
- Drive renewals and referrals through after-sales follow-up
- Work closely with the service team to keep students happy
- Keep the CRM up to date and report on your results
About you

- German at C1/C2 level and good English




- Proven B2C sales experience from lead to close, ideally online
- Warm, charismatic and consultative: you listen before you sell
- Organised and confident with MS Office; a background in education, hospitality or fitness is a plus
What’s on offer

- Base salary around €30,000, plus commission (expected total package €36–40k when on target)
- Hybrid: 2 days in a city-centre office, 3 days from home
