We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the Spanish Speaking Customer Service for a Prestigious Automotive Brand position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious general automotive brand
• Provide expert guidance regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and dealership services




• Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot service-related issues with high-level professional communication
• Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the premium standard associated with the automotive industry
• Support customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle, ensuring total satisfaction
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and brand loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the specialized automotive CRM database

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Strong interest in the automotive sector or previous experience in automotive customer care
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering premium service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable with remote working solutions within Greece
