We are looking for a talented Operational Security Expert to join our team, working with a leading multinational company in the financial sector .

? What are we looking for?

- An operational security professional with strong technical knowledge of AntiDDoS protection and the security of internet-facing infrastructure and applications.
- Solid, proven expertise in TCP/IP networking fundamentals and protocols (CCNA/CCVP level).
- Advanced knowledge of DNS security, including zone management, configuration and propagation.
- Strong experience in traffic monitoring, log analysis and abnormal traffic pattern detection.
- Technical knowledge of AntiDDoS solutions, particularly Akamai, including mitigation policy configuration and rate limiting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, autonomy and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Good command of English (minimum B2).

?️ What will your main responsibilities be?

- Monitor and fine-tune Akamai DDoS protection policies, investigate abnormal traffic patterns and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Contribute to the planning, testing and technical documentation of application migrations to Akamai zones.
- Review DNS change requests affecting DDoS protection, ensuring zone integrity and proper propagation in collaboration with DNS teams.
- Provide technical guidance on configuring security and rate-limiting policies to strengthen AntiDDoS defenses.
- Analyze AntiDDoS security logs and produce operational, activity and audit reports.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) troubleshooting support for application-layer incidents related to DDoS mitigation.




- Act as a technical advisor to project, architecture and audit teams regarding DDoS-related risks and impacts.
- Support the onboarding of new applications into AntiDDoS protection services and contribute to Security by Design initiatives and continuous security improvement.

? Skills

Essential:

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking fundamentals (CCNA/CCVP level).
- Advanced DNS security and configuration expertise.
- Monitoring, traffic analysis and security troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of AntiDDoS protection mechanisms and mitigation strategies.
- Good command of English (minimum B2).

Desirable:

- Experience with Akamai DDoS protection solutions.
- Experience configuring rate-limiting and application security policies.
- Knowledge of security reporting, audits and Security by Design practices.
