We are the organizers of the European Blockchain Convention and Digital Assets Forum, two leading event brands in the digital assets industry.

European Blockchain Convention brings together thousands of institutions, founders, investors and policymakers in Barcelona, while Digital Assets Forum runs institutional-focused events in London, New York and Abu Dhabi.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to help grow the network behind our events.

You will build partnerships with relevant organizations across the digital assets and financial ecosystem, while also recruiting investors, financial institutions and other high-value attendees to join our events.

You will work across our events in Barcelona, London, New York and Abu Dhabi, building relationships with associations, media, institutions and other strategic partners.

This is a highly relationship-driven role. You need to be comfortable reaching out to new people, building trust quickly and turning conversations into partnerships and confirmed attendees.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Close partnerships with associations, communities, media, institutions and other relevant organizations
- Recruit investors, funds, banks, asset managers and other financial institutions to attend our events
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and institutional attendees
- Develop new channels and partnerships that help us reach relevant audiences
- Manage outreach and follow-ups across email, LinkedIn and other channels




- Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure agreed activations are executed
- Maximize the impact of each partnership

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, investor relations or a similar role
- Good understanding of digital assets, financial markets and the broader investment ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident reaching out to senior professionals and organizations
- Comfortable with proactive outreach, follow-ups and working towards clear targets
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized and able to manage many conversations at the same time
- High autonomy, judgment and attention to detail

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

- You already have a network within digital assets, finance, investment or fintech
- You have experience recruiting investors, institutions or senior executives to events
- You have built partnerships with associations, media, communities or ecosystem organizations
- You are naturally great at networking
