Are you a native Korean speaker with experience in iGaming customer support and a background in team leadership or team management? This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career with an exciting fully remote Korean iGaming Team Leader position
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused professional who can support a customer service team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of player support within a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of Korean-speaking customer support agents.
• Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring excellent player experiences across all support channels.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to help them achieve their targets.




• Assist with escalated player queries and complex customer issues.
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and high-performing team environment.

Requirements
• Native-level Korean language skills are essential.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience within the iGaming industry, ideally in customer support or player services.
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or people management experience.
• Alternatively, experience overseeing a team, supporting colleagues, or taking responsibility for team performance.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
