Key Responsibilities
• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding new accounts and designing customized, high-performing pay-per-click campaigns tailored to client objectives.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular outbound calls across your portfolio to educate users, establish trust, develop strong rapport, and increase account lifetime value.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze client goals to construct scalable, tailored campaign frameworks that deliver fast results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain precise, well-organized records of all client touchpoints, milestone updates, and communications within internal CRM systems.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review essential advertising metrics to deliver actionable reporting and clear optimization recommendations to client leadership.
