We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional to join our multinational service center team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, work with colleagues across the Zurich network and help deliver a reliable service to multinational customers worldwide.
You will support stakeholders across Zurich and around the world, contributing to accurate policy delivery and high-quality multinational servicing. This is a global role based in Spain.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness in order to issue multinational policy across our network of 200+ territories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally. Ensure timely and accurate communication with all internal stakeholders regarding policy matters.
- Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs in various lines of business.
- Maintain multinational data in core general systems, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
