We’re building an AI platform for email deliverability, with Adeline, our AI deliverability agent, at its core. There are complex problems to solve and plenty of room to create something original.

We want someone with exceptional taste, strong product instincts, and the ambition to give Warmy a distinctive design direction. Someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box, challenge conventions, and bring us ideas we haven’t considered.

You should feel at home in a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities evolve, decisions happen quickly, and you take ownership without waiting for a perfect brief. You know how to move fast while keeping the quality of your work high.

The role

You’ll own design across our product and brand,



from customer journeys and AI interactions to our website, visual identity, and campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the founders, product, engineering, and marketing, with the space to question a brief, explore bold ideas, and see your work through to launch.

We want your perspective to influence what we build from the beginning.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio of product and brand design.
- A talent for making complex SaaS products feel simple, clear, and intuitive.
- Excellent typography, layout, visual storytelling, and interaction design.
- Strong Figma skills and experience creating thoughtful design systems.
- Curiosity about customers and the ability to turn what you learn into better experiences.
- The confidence to experiment, explain your decisions, and adapt based on feedback.
- Initiative, clear communication, and ownership of the finished result.

Experience with AI products, motion design, or interactive websites would be a welcome addition.
