Working closely with the Product Owner, engineering teams, designers, and international stakeholders, you will focus on backlog management, product readiness, and data-driven decisions to support adoption across multiple European markets.ЗадачиManage and prioritise the product backlog in JIRA, creating clear user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams.Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and designers throughout the sprint cycle to deliver high-quality product features.Coordinate with external platform partners and internal teams to manage dependencies and maintain progress on integrations.Coordinate product launches across multiple markets, adapting features to support expansion into new European countries.Define and monitor product KPIs and experiments, using data to prioritise initiatives and evaluate business outcomes.Document product specifications, decisions,



and release notes in Confluence while identifying risks and driving timely decisions.ТребованияProven experience managing digital consumer products in multinational environments and partially remote teams.Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, including backlog ownership and writing precise user stories.Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical capabilities, including defining and tracking product KPIs, evaluating experiments, and making data-driven decisions.Ability to lead product direction, manage ambiguity, handle external dependencies, and engage confidently in technical discussions with engineering teams.Будет плюсом: German proficiency; a technical background; familiarity with the Spotify Model or other scaled Agile frameworks; experience in retail, loyalty, subscription, fintech, or e-commerce productsУсловияHybrid work
