In your role as the Senior Asset Manager you will be involved in the operational, commercial and contractual management of a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets across Iberia, including solar PV, wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS).You will act as the key representative of the project companies (SPVs), ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently and profitably throughout their lifecycle.The role combines asset performance optimisation, stakeholder management, contract administration, financial oversight and revenue optimisation, working closely with technical, commercial, legal and finance teams.The aim is to guarantee that Q ENERGY's renewable energy projects are managed to the highest standardsYour ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of projects from construction into operationsManage key operational contracts, including O&M;, PPAs and grid agreementsDrive the technical and commercial performance of the asset portfolioOversee budgets, forecasts,



cash flows and operating expenditureSupport energy sales optimisation and revenue enhancement strategiesRepresent the SPVs and coordinate internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to increase asset value, performance and profitability throughout the asset lifecycleUphold the highest Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards across the operational portfolioMonitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and environmental obligationsDrive continuous improvement, operational excellence and best practices across the asset fleetEnsure assets operate safely, compliantly and in line with Q ENERGY standardsBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations or project management.Experience managing construction-to-operations transitions and EPC handovers.Strong knowledge of solar PV and/or BESS assets and solid experience in managing operational and commercial contracts
