We are looking for a thoughtful, driven, and experienced Manager to drive Productivity Excellence & Strategic Programs for South EMEA, reporting directly to the Head of Productivity, South.
About the role
This is a key role at the heart of the South EMEA Productivity engine. It blends the creative side of designing sales enablement with the strategic and analytical work that supports regional leadership decisions. You’ll cover enablement delivery, sales program analytics, and tooling. You’ll turn productivity insights into programs the field can execute, so regional leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
Every program you deliver has a measurable dollar impact. You will design prescriptive enablement and sales programs,



then handle the “business end”: making sure they are executed and produce results.
What you’ll do
Enablement Programs
Own the enablement calendar, content quality, stakeholder alignment, and post-event activation and compliance tracking.
Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Programs Managers, and Enablement Business Partners to translate business outcomes into enablement plans that drive measurable impact.
Sales Programs, Analytics & Tooling
Drive strategic projects end to end, including program adoption support, pipeline programs, reporting dashboards, compliance tracking, and tooling.
Turn data into actionable insights and prescriptive sales plays with measurable ACV and pipeline-generation impact.
Work closely with Sales Productivity Analysts and Futureforce early-career talent, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to build a scalable program-delivery capability across the region.
