Our client is an ambitious private investment and acquisition group pursuing a buy-and-build strategy across multiple sectors.After successfully acquiring and transforming businesses in Packaging and Health & Wellbeing, the group is now entering a significant growth phase, with an active acquisition pipeline and clearly defined expansion plans.To accelerate execution, they are seeking a commercially driven fundraiser who can identify, engage and secure capital from debt providers, family offices, private investors, specialist lenders and institutional funding partners.This is not an introducer role.The successful candidate will own fundraising from origination through negotiation, term sheets, and completion, working closely with a highly experienced leadership team.What You Will DoDevelop and execute capital raising strategies aligned to acquisition and growth objectivesOriginate and build relationships with lenders, family offices, HNW investors,
