In this role, you will shape and support SAP SuccessFactors compensation capabilities within Zurich’s global HR IT portfolio. You’ll work with global and local HR teams to implement, configure, and enhance compensation solutions, linking them to performance and EC data. You will ensure designs meet business needs and drive improvements across HR SaaS applications.

The position sits at the intersection of HR and IT within a multinational setting, offering opportunities to influence compensation processes and HR tooling on a global scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Collaborate with global and local HR to implement and enhance SuccessFactors Compensation aligned with Global HR Systems Portfolio and IT strategy
- Configure and maintain Compensation, Variable Pay and Total Compensation templates, including rules, budgets, workflows, and statements
- Design bonus plans, proration logic, business goal mapping, Route Maps and approval workflows, and link performance management to compensation
- Contribute to Employee Central improvements and support for new projects/acquisitions, ensuring clear IT deliverables and deployments
- Conduct quality reviews of IT deliverables, including configuration, permissions, integrations, and security assessments
- Collaborate with Applications Support on administration of SuccessFactors modules, review docs, perform impact analyses, and manage change requests




- Coordinate SAP releases and updates with suppliers and HR teams, translate impact for HR, and propose improvements or decommissioning where appropriate
- Act as liaison between CoEs, Global HR and IT within your responsibilities

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in IT or equivalent; 5+ years implementing and supporting SuccessFactors in multinational settings
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central
- Experience with other modules (Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Talent and Development) is a plus
- Hands-on provisioning experience for Compensation and Variable Pay (templates, eligibility, matrices, multi-currency, budgeting)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end xugodme compensation cycles, approvals, pay ranges, and integration touchpoints
- Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, ServiceNow, and other HR systems; SAP Cloud Platform integrations a plus
- Results-driven, proactive, able to drive progress in challenging situations
- Multi-cultural collaboration experience and strong intercultural communication
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a bonus
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
