Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Technical

Your Task

This position is for a Project Manager focused on host transformation for a public sector client.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage large scale and highly complex strategic technological projects
- Define the functional and technical architecture of the solutions in coordination with specialized teams
- Develop and monitor project planning, resources, risks, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams made up of architects, developers, analysts, infrastructure specialists, security specialists and external vendors
- Ensure that technical decisions meet corporate standards and meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, and ease of maintenance
- Manage dependencies between different systems, platforms and business areas

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive background in managing complex technological projects, particularly in host transformation, with strong expertise in system architecture, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies, along with excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Must Have Skills

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent STEM disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technological environments
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects
- Demonstrable experience in system architecture
- Demonstrable experience in application integration
- Demonstrable experience in digital transformation
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum
- Advanced knowledge of SAFe




- Advanced knowledge of PMI methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of hybrid methodologies
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
- Experience in system integration
- Experience with API
- Experience with business platforms
- Strong knowledge of information security
- Strong knowledge of technological governance
- Strong knowledge of IT service management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- High level of Catalan

Nice to Have Skills

- Previous experience in projects for the public sector
