Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Public Sector Andalucía

Your Task

We are looking for a professional Project Manager with solid experience in managing technological projects in the Andalusian public sector. This role will join our Operations team, where support will be provided both in the delivery and monitoring of services, and in the preparation of value propositions adapted to the requirements of each project. Although priority will be given to applications from Seville, applications from other areas of Andalusia, especially Granada, will also be evaluated.

Responsibilities

- Management of technological projects in the Public Sector, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring of milestones, planning, cost control and customer relations
- Supervision and support in the execution of ongoing services, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (ANS) and quality standards
- Active participation in the preparation of technical and economic proposals and offers, in collaboration with sales and technical areas
- Drafting and structuring of documentation for tenders and public tenders, including technical reports, schedules, work teams and compliance annexes
- Analysis of specifications and public procurement requirements, identifying risks, opportunities and key constraints
- Interlocution with public clients, both in the execution phase and in pre-sales, facilitating the technical and functional understanding of the proposed solutions

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional Project Manager with solid experience in managing technological projects in the Andalusian public sector, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing tenders, and supporting service delivery and monitoring.

Must Have Skills

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent




- Minimum 5 years of experience managing ICT projects
- Experience in the public sector, ideally Andalusian
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with milestone monitoring and planning
- Cost control experience
- Customer relations management skills
- Experience ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and quality standards
- Experience preparing technical and economic proposals and offers
- Experience drafting and structuring documentation for tenders and public procurement
- Experience preparing technical reports, schedules, work teams, and compliance annexes
- Experience analyzing specifications and public procurement requirements
- Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and key constraints
- Experience with interlocution with public clients in execution and pre-sales phases
- Leadership skills
- Planning skills
- Executive reporting skills

Nice to Have Skills

- Certifications in management and/or methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Scrum Master
- Experience with management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Confluence
