Your Task

At T-Systems we are looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation projects for clients in Catalonia, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of technological solutions that provide value to the business, improve public services and contribute to the modernization of the Administration. This position is based in Catalonia.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution and closing of digital transformation projects from start to finish
- Define, together with the client and the different stakeholders, the scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria of the project
- Manage the scope, schedule, budget, technological and human resources, ensuring compliance with the commitments made
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration between functional, technical and business profiles
- Identify, evaluate and manage risks, dependencies and incidents, defining mitigation and contingency plans when necessary
- Carry out continuous monitoring of the project through indicators, status reports and government meetings, clearly and proactively communicating progress to all parties involved
- Manage the relationship with the customer, ensuring smooth communication, the alignment of expectations and a high level of satisfaction
- Promote decision-making, proposing solutions and strategies to achieve the objectives of the project
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget and project governance policies
- Promote continuous improvement through the application of project management methodologies, tools and good practices
- Participate, when necessary, in the preparation of technical proposals, offers, RFP/RFI and documentation associated with new opportunities

Your Profile

We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager with extensive experience leading complex digital transformation projects, strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, and excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the public sector.

Must Have Skills

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization or equivalent qualifications (MECES level 3 or higher)




- At least 6 years of demonstrable experience as Project Manager managing complex technological transformation projects
- Experience in managing software development projects
- Experience in implementing technological solutions
- Experience in modernizing information systems
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Knowledge and experience in traditional methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar)
- Ability to manage scope, planning, risks, quality, budget and resources
- High level of Catalan, both oral and written
- High level of Spanish, both oral and written
- Leadership and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
