Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and seeing your work move from plans and designs to equipment running on the factory floor? Join Ford's Manufacturing Engineering team and help prepare our plants for new programs, product launches and engineering changes. As a VME Engineering Technician, you'll coordinate facilities, equipment and process projects from technical definition through installation, validation and handover to Production.
You'll work across teams and with suppliers to deliver safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing solutions-supporting areas such as Assembly, Paint and Body as project needs require.
