? Role Description The Web Designer Intern position is a remote, strictly unpaid (pro bono) opportunity focused on supporting the design and development of AIRA Edtech’s digital experiences. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining web page layouts, collaborating on visual design assets, and ensuring a cohesive look and feel across our B2B learning platforms and marketing sites. The intern will assist with responsive web design, contribute to front-end implementation under guidance, and prepare graphics for web use.

This role involves working closely with our design and product teams, incorporating feedback, and iterating quickly on prototypes.

? Qualifications





- Skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces for corporate clients and learners.
- Skills in Graphic Design to produce clear, engaging visual assets for web pages and B2B learning content.
- Familiarity with Front-End Development to help translate designs into functional web components using modern HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail, an eye for typography and layout, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Ability to learn quickly, receive and apply feedback, and collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional startup environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of studies in Design, Computer Science, Media, or a related field.
- Interest in EdTech, corporate training, and digital skills learning, with a portfolio showcasing web and visual design projects.
