PMO – Project Management Officer

to our team to work on an international technology project focused on project governance, financial control, reporting and operational efficiency.

What will be your mission? We are looking for an experienced

PMO – Project Management Officer

to support project governance, budget management and operational activities within an international IT environment.

You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective project monitoring, financial accuracy, reporting and communication across the organization.

What will you do?

Manage

project budgets, cost tracking and financial reconciliation .

Monitor project progress, timelines, resources and key deliverables.

Prepare

monthly reports, KPIs and management dashboards

using Excel and Power BI.

Manage time tracking processes and ensure accurate reporting of vigente costs and resource allocation.

Support

change management

initiatives related to IT services and workplace environments.

Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and management.

Maintain and improve

product documentation and knowledge bases .

Support operational activities and

Business As Usual (BAU)





reporting.

Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance and operational processes.

To succeed in this role, it is important to have

5+ years of experience

in PMO, Project Management, Project Coordination or similar roles.

Strong experience in

budget management, financial planning and cost control .

Experience in project tracking, resource allocation and financial reporting.

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Excel and Power BI .

Experience in

data analysis, KPI monitoring and management reporting .

Knowledge of

change management processes .

General understanding of

IT systems and technology environments .

Experience preparing documentation and presentations for different stakeholders.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in dynamic, international and multicultural environments.

Fluent English – mandatory , as English will be the main working language.

Valued:

Experience working with

Agile methodologies .

Previous experience in the

insurance or assistance sector .

Educational or professional background in

Finance .

Knowledge of

business process design and systems architecture principles .

Experience supporting

IT Workplace or End User Services .

Knowledge of

Windows 11 environments .

Spanish and/or French language skills.

Experience in international organizations with cross-functional teams.
